With experience on the PGA Tour, PGA European Tour, Challenge Tour, Pro Golf Tour, the Olympic Games and several Majors, Phil is best described as one of the top golf coaches in the world.

Golf Digest has named Phil one of the 'Golf Digest World's 75 Best International Teachers', making him the only coach in the Netherlands to hold this title.

In 2020, Phil was recognised by the British PGA with the status of 'PGA Advanced Fellow Professional' and in 2021 with the status of 'PGA Specialist Professional'.
